1. About ProTalents
ProTalents ("ProTalents", "we", "us", or "our") is a tech education platform headquartered in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. We provide online courses, mentorship programmes, project-based learning, and placement assistance to students and working professionals in the field of technology.
Our platform is accessible at protalents.in and via any associated mobile or web applications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ProTalents. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
Some features of ProTalents require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@protalents.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community.
4. Courses, Content & Enrolment
4.1 Course Access
Upon enrolment and payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Access duration will be specified at the time of enrolment.
4.2 Content Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep course content accurate and up-to-date. However, the technology industry evolves rapidly; specific tools, frameworks, or market conditions referenced in course content may change over time.
4.3 No Guarantee of Outcome
ProTalents provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee employment, salary, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
5. Payments & Refunds
5.1 Pricing
Course fees are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already made.
5.2 Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email info@protalents.in with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
5.3 Mentorship & Bundles
Personalised mentorship sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable. Bundle or placement-pack refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ProTalents platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, quizzes, code samples, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to ProTalents and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
- You may not record, screen-capture, or share course video content.
- Code samples provided for educational purposes may be used in your personal projects; reselling or redistributing them as course material is prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous logins.
- Post, upload, or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or harvest data from the platform.
- Impersonate ProTalents, its mentors, or other users.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., GitHub, LeetCode, LinkedIn) for educational convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTalents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. We encourage you to contact us first at info@protalents.in to resolve any issue informally.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
